Clive is one of Australia’s leading experts in flexible workspace strategy. He has driven solutions across the property sector for over 25 years.
His thought leadership spans commercial, industrial and retail sectors for owners, occupiers, governments, not-for-profits and flexible workspace operators.
Clive builds the bridge between creative concept, commercial feasibility and strategic implementation to deliver flexible workspace solutions that reposition assets for the future and help clients better meet the needs of their customers.
Over the past 20 years he has opened more than 40 coworking, serviced office and meeting room facilities across Australia and New Zealand and has brokered the acquisition of several more. Clive has provided strategic direction and tactical support on some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s most iconic buildings.
Clive is known for developing individualised and optimised solutions and his unwavering commitment to his client’s interests.
Clive is a founding board member of Flexible Workspace Australia and co-founder and former-chair of prop tech startup Giraffe.

Emma has an exceptional eye for design and an understanding of how space and place can impact the human experience.
She has more than 25 years’ experience across project management, marketing, communications, corporate hospitality and fundraising.
Emma has worked extensively in the not-for-profit and social impact sectors holding senior marketing and fundraising roles and continues to contribute to this sector through mentorship and in an advisory capacity.
